By: Ian Rose | March 21st, 2009Excuse me for a second, I have something pathetic stuck in my ear. Oh yes, that was the play by play on today’s slaughter at the hands of the (happily still) last-placed team in the league. 4 goals. A hat trick for Carl Finnegan. Another penalty conceded.
We remain one point safe, but that’s no consolation after being taken behind the woodshed by your competition for survival. Terry Butcher should be livid, as this is really the only poor performance he’s coached since he took over. Dire, dire stuff.
